Quick answers when something doesn't look right.

Some articles failed to save

The bulk editor lists exactly which articles could not be saved and why, and nothing that saved successfully is rolled back. Click Copy details and send it to support if the reason isn't obvious. The most common cause is an article that was deleted in Shopify while you were editing.

My CSV import seems stuck

Large imports run through Shopify's bulk operations and can take a while for tens of thousands of rows. You can close the modal and come back, the import keeps running. If rows failed, the error report download lists each one with the reason. Also note only one bulk operation can run per store at a time, so a second import waits for the first.

The audio badge says the article changed

That's the staleness check: you edited the article after its audio was generated, so the narration no longer matches the text. Open Post to Audio and regenerate that article's audio.

An AI action says I don't have enough credits

Your monthly pool is spent. Either wait for the reset on the 1st, upgrade your plan, or use pay-as-you-go, where each extra action costs $1.00 on Starter, $0.80 on Plus, $0.70 on Grow, capped at $50 a month. See Credits & Billing for the full picture.

Internal links I placed aren't showing

Run Verify links on the Blog Structure page. It checks every recorded link against the live article and flags any that were removed, for example by another app or a manual edit in Shopify. Re-apply the ones you want back.

Autopilot wrote something I don't like

Tighten the Writing style settings: add the problem to What to avoid, expand the knowledge base, or switch publish mode to hidden drafts so every article waits for your review. The AI can make mistakes, drafts mode is the safest setup while you tune it.
